For various reasons in life, men and women alike are enslaved with protective armouring around their hearts. However these defensive walls become the very prison in which they cannot allow themselves to truly and freely know the pleasure of giving and receiving love.
From a Tantric perspective, the heart and breast are the women’s positive pole, meaning this is how she penetrates the world; how she feeds and nourishes what she loves. When a women’s love isn’t received, she goes into a type of neurosis. For example, she becomes clingy and needy, or cold and aloof. A woman unable to love and be received as love is crazy making to say the least.
With men, his heart is his negative pole, meaning he is highly “receptive” and sensitive in this part of his body. Men may not show how deeply hurt they are. It's no wonder why our strong men have a guard on their vulnerable hearts.
We all experience fear of being hurt, etc., so we shut down love, or over-compensate to various degrees, stunting our capacity to enjoy life and love.
But there is only so long we can live like this. At some point our psyche demands us to say “enough!” Something has to give .....
So, with this unique breathing and movement process you deepen your capacity for personal presence and hold yourself with love as you face whatever arises for healing and release (you are ready for it).
We all yearn to love and be loved in return. As we cultivate our capacity for powerful love, everyone and everything around us flourishes. We do this for ourselves and we do this for our community, our Earth.
